NJHA Healthcare Business Solutions today announced a new partnership with the Arizona Hospital and Health Association that will make NJHA’s health information education and coder training programs available to AzHHA members.
This partnership is part of NJHA’s ongoing effort to widen the reach of Health Information Services programs and increase non-dues revenue to keep member dues stable.
The HIS team has invested significantly in creating timely and effective web-based education to help providers and their coders deliver high-quality coding that directly ties to accurate reimbursement and quality scores. Some examples of upcoming coding training that will now be available for HIM professionals in Arizona include:
- Recognizing Clinical Indicators for Bullet Proof Coding
- 2018 CPT Updates
- Query Do’s and Don’ts.
Also available is NJHA’s unique coder training program called I Code. This live, web-based program helps coders overcome the “experience gap” and become productive coders for member facilities. This is a novel way to in-source the coding function and gain greater control of expense and quality.
Contact NJHA’s Tim Keough to learn more about these and other coding and education resources available from NJHA Healthcare Business Solutions.
